The Botanist is one of my favourite places for lunch, drinks, dinner, business and pleasure. Since it first opened it has become bigger, opening the windows to bring the outdoors in at the front and opening a whole new first floor bar. Bigger and better, with a brand new cocktail menu launched in April.
Over half the The Botanist’s cocktail menu is new, and it is packed full of fresh fruit and herb infused cocktails. These are perfect for summer, I find them more refreshing than purée based cocktails and total winner as they also contribute to your five-a-day*!

For those enjoying drinks as a group or for people who like to share, The Botanist sharing cocktails are served from a watering priced at £24.95.
Groups of 4 or 5 can enjoy Rum with Cherry and Thyme, Vodka with Raspberry and Sage or Gin with Apricot and Basil.
