They are super easy & involve chocolate matchmakers, let’s face it any opportunity outside of Christmas to eat matchmakers is a bonus!
Just make a batch of Victoria sponge buns (born after 1985 you know these as cupcakes!) let them cool, peel the cases off, turn upside down, cover in chocolate butter icing & stick snapped up matchmakers on. Lil’ H added jelly tots for flames!
